Erm, anyone know how to judge what size of lifting belt to buy?
I mean 4", 5", 6"....
What size do you guys use?
Fitness Concept now got stock for Maxx lifting belt?
[Gym Workout Accessories], Gloves, weightlifting belt, strap, etc..

Normally how thick of lifting belt are you guys using?
I bought a 4" one, then my gym buddy said that 4" is too small for me, should get bigger 1, There were no stock for 5", so I tried 6" 1, it was too thick for me. Actually how to judge what size of belt should I get? |
