Maybe the ts wanted to use someone's else utility bill/ cc statement by editting (using photoshop) the person's name using his, for paypal verification purpose.
Don't think it's safe to do this...please becareful ppl. Anyway ts why can't you just change your address in paypal if you moved out of Malaysia already and verify using your current address instead? This post has been edited by svage98: Apr 24 2009, 01:28 PM |
