I just want to ask. If a paypal fund got hold by paypal itself, and the balance is negative, will it effect on debit card?
lets say, I buy paypal funds from a seller, then it got hold because the seller account is freezed/limit.
I link my paypal with a debit card...will it effect or not?

and does your answer varies, depending on whether there is money or not in the card?

I don't understand why your balance is negative if you buy from seller.

Unless you're selling and transfer to someone else until balance is negative. That will affect your debit card because PayPal will try to charge you to cover the negative balance.
