Syd G - this hamster runner just signed up Klang Pacer Run and Siemen Run.....i think will go for SCKLM 10k too.....

TOday....I burnt at least 1000kcal...but just now dinner...I walloped some beers and fatty stuff....back to square one......I supposed cheat meal....tomorrow...I am rowing...

Special occasion, just taste will do. Don't eat like a hungry boar.

Let say got satay, popiah or whatever, just eat a bit la like 5 sticks of satay and etc.

Always remove the skin.

Grats Clarkfann!

Hmm...one thing I'm deciding to do after this trip is go sign up to the gym. After speaking to my cousin about it, it seemed to be the only way to get regular exercise and get some help with problem areas.

Last week was in Plymouth. Arrive in Leeds on Friday. Heading out tomorrow to London. Then flying back home on Friday.

Weekend dinners were very healthy options. So was breakfast. Lunch was pub meals. >.>

Dinner tonite at 9:30 pm since we had a late lunch due to shopping. tongue.gif

So, brown rice and stir-fried veggie which includes tender stem broccoli, sugar snaps, baby spinach. The fish is poached with garlic, ginger, lemon grass, red pepper, tomato. Fish is rainbow trout. We a dash of pepper, a teaspoon of Lea and Perrins sauce. Then put on top fresh dill for garnishing and taste.

hohoho. aft comming back from redang, i tried to measure my waist again, from +-36inch to 35.2. wuhooo, i dunno if i have lose any weight, wait til 16th then i will weight in again, plan to cut for another month, til my waist hit 34+-.

triple FATso.....go easy....health come first....you can double up your run when you are back to good shape....no point ngeh ngeh lai and then end up more sufferring due to the feverish flu cough thingy......

I am gonna run in cameron for 1.5 days...hehehehe...

morning do full body stretch, n muskel feel sore oredi, so breakfast consist of 2 halfboiled eggs + capati + nestarik for 'muskel recovery' tongue.gif
