Went for 20 minute swim yesterday for cardio. Haven't swam in a bit so my arms ache today but it feels REAL good .. all stretched and nice. Lovely.

Since tengster is looking for fatso to report in , i should report in.

My exercise is going not too bad. Everyday 1hour jogging or walking for 5.5km. Shred quite alot of weight liao. Can see the result.

11 days to go and my exam is 6 days to go.

Morning: Stretch + Both calf raise 100
Lunch:
Leg Stretch
Treadmill: HIIT+Jog variation =4.43km 291cal 32min
Machine: Sidebend 10*3 50lbs + Abcrunch 10*3 50lbs + Sideabcrunch 10*1 20lbs + Twist 30perside

my pant seem loose, fat around stomach seem lembik oredi. do i lost muscle or fat? unsure.gif

great job richard. glad to hear you are doing alritey. keep it up. today I did a 8.6km run....now sore like hell but feel much better mentally........tomorow just doing some weights and rowing+cycling.......no running....how is your gts doing? mine hit close to 100km by now...loving it every moment...

check out the photo (before and after posted by pizzaboy)...that's a good motivation...

The picture quite extreme but still achievable. My gts quite dirty since i run in a park which is so called "lapangan terbang" . 1 round about 2.7km more or less and i always like to jog on the grass not the pavement which all the joggers made so that can reduce the pressure on the feet. let's say 10days x 5km = 50km jor.

GTS sole really have a good feeling when jogging , but i think my legs can get tired easily. Normally i jog for half a round then need to start brisk walking for 5min then only continue .

Can feel my stamina is alot better now. Last sunday play with my friends 2hours of badminton , not tired at all.

2nd that , i aso dont need man tits.

keep the shoe airy....but dont put it under the sun. it's okie to be dirty. they are meant to take some beatings.......keep it up...i think you can feel that you are more energetic in studying i.e. maintaining longer duration of concentration.....

Yea yea seriously. last time i normally take afternoon SLEEP for like 3hours. Nowadays, no need liao. lol .

Healthy lifestyle really rocks. I can save 2 hours of my daily time somemore. 1hour for jogging and brisk walking. laugh.gif

doki - I think if the muscle aint sore. It is perfectly okie to do cardio everyday. If you have the slightest worry, do other form of cardio like crosstrainer or cycling or rowing......

I do cardio by running almost everyday except my rest days.......

Bring your running shoes for outstation if okie.....you may find better inspiration to run outdoor in new places.....just make sure you know the place is safe enough to run/jog....

this is really good. apart from saving 2hours, you can sleep damn well at night.....and have adequate energy for next day.......
