hehe, considering that amount of exercise we do everyday, do you think we are fatso? We are actually very fit already. We are going to be the real FITSO soon!

anyway, I wonder if your place is raining for days. In Penang, it is raining non-stop for 2.5 days ady, kenot go gym, kenot jog, only can do some simple weight lifting and sandbag kicking at home... sigh sad.gif

The weather in KL is sunny for these past few days, but I can't start some serious workout yet due to the injuries i'm carrying right now.

Erm, why can't go gym? I thought it's indoor, no?

What you exercise may not mean you will get less-FATSO if you wallop day in day out high calory food?

Your gym is outdoor type arhhhh?

physically we are fit compared to many people. We just carry a bit more fats. That's why this thread is opened so that we can become the real FITSO as soon as possible

I can't go gym because I am riding bike.

Im not from KL tongue.gif up north Penang...u go to gym to sweat thats the whole point isnt it?? why do u need air con in the gym?

1. widehand pushup + bulgarian split lunges + decline pushup + forward lunges + closehand pushup + prisoner squat (all 10 rep)
2. calf raise 25*4 perleg
3. both calf raise 25*1
4. stretch
5. elliptical 20min variation of level 5-7 =210cal 20min 1.06miles
6. 3set circuit of:bicep curl + shoulder shrug + shoulder extension 10rep 10lbs

n a meal of home made spagetti (jiran kasi tongue.gif)

Fatso checking in!

Did 30 Day Shred a few times, regularly doing that 3 times a week. But then other than that not doing anything .. whoopsie!

Diet is quite bad over long weekend. Sunday even baked cake and had barbecue on Sunday. At least only have chicken filet but had a slice of cake of course (to test lol)

So far lost less than 1 kg (0.7ish) .. with 2 weeks left to lose the remaining 1.3kg.

redfatninja - you are not supposed to weigh yourself lerh...for the breach of rules, I am loading you another 0.5kg in your targer.......Now, you need to lose another 1.8kg in total. rclxms.gif
