In terms of ALL-rounded-ness, I think STPM and Alevels would be out because they are 100% exam based, just study study, exam, pass, done.

I think SAM/Ausmat are more all-rounded , whereas ICPU/CIMP teaches you to be a more 'street smart' person.

Not sure about IB though
