i haven't receive the official offer letter yet but there should be one. i'm not really sure whether they will include the fail mahasiswa n the buku tawaran in the letter or not tho.. mayb u can wait till the letter comes? if they dun include, then u prob have to print it out somehow.. cuz there's a lot of stuff that needs to be filled n handed in on registration day.. u will need to find 2ppl to be ur financial guarantors, n 3 witnesses. the financial guarantors can be anyone as long as their salary is above rm 500.. n in the buku tawaran, u have to fill in the health check section..
