Both are local U's pretty much the same. about credit transfer thingy..if your syllabus in poly matches the ones with any of those 2, then it's not a problem..but let say in poly credit hour for subjects like strength of material is 2, meanwhile in uitm/uthm is 3, u need to retake the subject.
The most u can cut is 1/2 semester...3 years is possible if ur doing diploma either in uitm or uthm before that.
