Shah Alam has higher living cost...trust me....
me myself study in UTHM.... got many facility close to it... around Parit Raja got banks, restaurant and all that.... summore can go to bandar with public transpo in one way only.... not so complicated to travel around... about the credit transfers for poly student, i think can get a lot of exemption.... i know from some of my friends from poly.....
