this is from someone who was in the same situation as u... about 10 years ago, who had to choose between Uniten n ITTHO@KUiTTHO@UTHM...

i did got my UNITEN offer earlier than UPU, so i did decline UNITEN in hope for getting into UTM/UM/UPM, what i did fill in my UPU.

so, there goes my UNITEN,the offer is closed, then come my UPU.
ITTHO, wth... i never even know what ITTHO is... but in god's will i did go there... n graduated my degree.
Working for 5 year already as lecturer in one of the ipta
thank god, tq kuittho...

if u can choose n do have the money... do go to uniten dear...

thats all i can say...

i did wasted alot of my time in ITTHO, im not saying i dont have good time there, i did enjoy there...

educationally nothing much different now days... both are good... maybe better... KUiTTHO doesnt 'bela' student like IPTS does, to generate more money... KUiTTHO for me was a place for survivors... my classes start with 70plus student, end up only about 20plus of us graduated... n im one of the survivor... KUITHHO was UTM little brother... so, kicking student out is something we see every sems.. hehehe the good part of it is... u end up with the good student only...

but the lifestyle kind of way... damn.. parit raja is a pekan koboi... damn shit....

in my days, the only thing there is a snooker shop, where i spend alot of time there hehehe the one n only entertainment around those days...

the next happinest u can get is in batu pahat...damn..nothing much there...Summit? hahaha

those days, every weekend i was in JB... thats all i can say..
i meant EVERY WEEKEND...

Bro, pls dont waste the best time of ur life in there...like me...hahahaha

this is the best time of u life bro...

U need to mix Enjoyment n Education... thats all i can say...

i did travel far for my enjoyment...

so, if ur someone who can control ur life between education n enjoyment then go to uniten....

but if ur some one who cant or we call it "kejutan budaya", better go too UTHM la ustat... hahahah

I did get "Kejutan Budaya" in Parit Raja...
(the only place in malaysia u can see guys wearing winter coat in the afternoon... yeah winter coat... hahaha)
KEJUTAN of the dullness of that place... damn... i was bored to death... no life... hahah maybe thats why i endup in the rugby team, trying to kill myself hahahah.... emm...Little Owl Rugby Team... the only thing that i really enjoy in KUiTTHO... i was really happy in the field... endup with alot of caps for the team, alot of trys... maybe one of the name in the hall of fames

but im someone who do EDUTAINMENT

Im not saying UTHM is not good, but the location is... thats all...
maybe now everything have change.. who know...

i did have a much better memories in my education institut b4 KUITHHO...
(i only do school until darjah 6 only anyway, after that i already in a kolej

my spm was good,agregate 11. i donno why i did end up there...
life goes on...

emmm.. thank god... atleast today i feel better after releasing everything out... i was presured to be there

lol TS, i dun agree with u this point, have doctorate program not mean better ok? many of the private U also have doctorate program, that just a program cannot show that its a good university.

beside that, most of the university also full of phd holder lecturer, depend whether the lecturer itself can elaborate the point efficient or not... not mean PHD holder lecturer must be better than master degree holder, there are no such thing.
i bet u to view yourself even some master degree lecturer are much more proffesional and well in teaching than a so called phd holder lecturer.

dunno enhoo or BHS agree my point or not, even a lecturer have PHD but they still lousy in teaching, sometimes cant even answer then student question? this type of lecturer sure have in anywhere de.

hi there hsien, i do agree with keejoy's post. u can't view it like tat. many unis do offer phd prog n this doesn't mean unis offering phd prog r d greatest of all n so so. majority of phd holders r greatly experience n pro but not all. indeed this case happen everywhere be it ipta or ipts. besides, it's gud u think like dat which u said effort is not on lecturer alone, but u urself hav2 be part of it, selfstudy+hard work. all d best yo.

what i love about uniten are:
1)25 minutes to midvalley
2)30 minutes to klcc (via smart tunnel la of coz)
3)7 minutes to alamanda putrajaya (carrefour,GSC,bowling)
4)10 minutes to the mines (giant,TGV,bowling,handphone shops) & south city plaza (bowling)
5)15 minutes to jusco equine (24 hr mcD & KFC + cheapest old town white coffee)
6)15 minutes to jusco balakong (TGV)
7)30 minutes to KLiA/LCCT (via dengkil toll free road)
8)30 minutes to shah alam/subang/ampang (of coz must consider peak hour or not)
9)10 to 20 minutes to bangi/kajang (tesco)/putrajaya/puchong(tesco) (which i can say most of banks are located)
10)ever growing bandar baru bangi...
11)goreng pisang,rojak & all other stalls just outside uniten (the road heading to putrajaya)
