My home theatre uses JAMO as centre and middle surround speakers. Please comment on the Brand. I am not a really into home theatre system. But my main speakers are JBL which I bought about 15 years ago.

Amplifier : Pioneer VSX-LX50
Player : Panasonic DMP-BD30
Front Speaker :JBL 4800
Center Speaker : Jamo C400
Surround Speaker : Jamo C400 R & L
Subwoofer : Boston XB6
Interconnect/Cable : Black Rodium

Fellow Enthusiat, please comment on the above set up, is there anything wrong with it?
If so what are the significant changes that I should make to improve my movie viewing pleasure. Thanks.

I normally watch Astro and Blue Ray dics with it. They sounded okay. Just that sometimes I find the dioloque not loud enough. And sound of the surround isn't loud enough too. Is my Amplifier a good one? Which denon model does it comparable to?

Yes, I did run the MCACC. The readings from the test run seemed fine. Maybe I just prefer to have an higher surround sound.

Does anyone here have the same Amplifier, LX-50, or similar? Please share your experience with it.

[ BTW, seems like it is cheaper to buy Blue Ray Discs from US Amazon. My worries are, if you buy from Amazon, will you really get it if they send to you? You know what they say about the custom officers in our country. ]

Anyone uses Pioneer SC-LX56 receiver? Any comments. Thanks.

LX56 and Denon 3313 what are their strengths and weaknesses.

Hi. I have a question to ask.

My philip fr996 ampliflier does not want to produce any sound for first 10 to 20 minutes after power on. Only pictures are produced.

After 20 twenty minutes elapsed the sound suddenly came back.

May I know what is the problem?
