Pretty good price. Avsforum pre-order list is cheaper but you might need to arrange shipment using borderlinx or comgateway as they don't ship direct overseas. I would advice you check out the early adopter review first before buying. Hopefully JVC solve the lamp issue and improve their panel for 3D.

I think it's only for certain brand for direct shipment. Some brand doesn't allow export from US. Mark also mention no problem for Sony HMZ-T1 to ship directly.

Which 3D projector your get? Priest 3D not a very good demo for 3D. Try out Sammy's Adventure, lots of pop and depth. IMAX titles also very good but the 3D might be a bit extreme.

oic. The review pointed out the projector is quite sharp and very good 3D. Much better 3D performance than JVC RS45.

QUOTE(squall_12 @ Mar 3 2012, 04:55 PM) i believe below is the pricing i get from US online store. For that price I would go for Acer H9500BD but currently there is no stock in the market plus need firmware upgrade to solve some of the minor bugs. For 3D, I would go for DLP.Epson TW6000 - USD1.599 Optoma HD33 - USD1499 |

Well, the best 3D viewing device for me is Sony HMZ-T1. No lost of brightness, zero crosstalk and excellent black level. Just watch Hugo 3D yesterday and this is a new showcase 3D movie. So so story but 3D is well done through every scene. Even Avatar had some flat moment but this movie had 3D plan out for every scene.

Ferrite bead is pretty useless on speaker wire as it's pretty immune to EMI. It's only useful for low level and low current cable such as interconnect. For wiring, I prefer minimum 14 gauge copper wire for surround speaker.

There's been some research on shielding on speaker wires (can't remember where I read this) and the conclusion is that as speaker wire mostly carry higher voltage and current thus EMI influence is minimum. As mention, ferrite is only useful for interconnect wire such as from pre-amp to amp. Common sense and science will tell you to avoid running speaker wires parallel to power lines (within 3 feet) or cross it at 90 degree.

True, that's why I don't spend too much money on cables. The returns is just too small to justify the spending. I would rather spend on equipment and speakers. Unless you already own high end equipment and trying to squeeze out the last mile performance. FYI, normally interference frequency is in Mhz range which is out from our audible spectrum.
