In Malaysia, YES. But, you have other 'avenue' to get it at cheaper price. Once you walk the high-end path, it could probably be a path with no return. You already knew this laugh.gif

Luckily in my case, my wallet is the ABS and EBD brake blush.gif

The other 'avenue' is sometime very taxing and distracting as most of the aspects (from ordering, payment channel and logistics & customs etc) have to be handled with care personally.

I would say it's wise to pay more to local dealer and just sit back, relax and enjoy smile.gif
Doing it once in a while is fun. laugh.gif

You won't splurge $$$ on hi-fi or HT as you prefer luxury rides whistling.gif Different people, different priority.

Peasant can't afford continental rides and luxury mpv. Can only indulge in 'cheap' HT sad.gif sweat.gif

Thank you, it sure does sound heavenly smile.gif I'm so glad I pulled the trigger and got them! You should go walk into Perfect Hifi one day and demo some speakers. Just as a reference. *poison poison
But like htkaki said, I don't have DSX but frankly I don't need wides. The Stradivaris have really really really good sound stage.. very wide.. and hard to pint point.. the sound just comes from the front.. that's all - every where from the front.
not in MY, so can avoid all the local poison, esp the mother of all poisons called htkaki.

i get what u and ronaldjoe mean re. not needing wides with a good soundstage. good point.

sad.gif suddenly becomes a tranny

A fellow member keeps on pondering how a sealed sub will sound if being partner with his powerful ported sub at his home. I told him that it is quite easy. Solution : I loan the sealed sub to him and let him play for 2 weeks to try the integration of both. Then, I take it back. If he can live without the sealed sub, then he do not need it. He dare not take my offer sweat.gif

Did I poison him? hmm.gif Taukeh mpyw, do you want to try out new loudspeakers at your new home? smile.gif

2 weeks to try? wow you damn good leh , tauke htkaki !
for my point of view, normally sealed box sub is better then ported sub, its fast & deep, ported tend to slower & fat (boomy), but sealed sub cost alot more smile.gif

Got a question to ask guys, does anyone in M'sia do Audyessey Pro calibration (with the associated hardware), and is it worth over the standard calibration you do yourself?
