Since you're using CFW, you should be able to access the 'system' or 'debug' menu by pressing 'SELECT' when you're at XMB screen.

From there I think you can select the memory device the USB connects to. I think its Memory Stick,UMD, flash 0, flash 1 and so on.

flash 0 and flash 1 should be internal memory right? because I haven't used it myself.

Do not mess you internal memory it will cause your psp to brick. Internal memory only contain psp operating system.

someone already answer your question.

or alternately, hold R trigger while booting, go to advanced and toggle flash0 and/or flash1 depending what u wanna do.

Flash0 contains your firmware. DO NOT TOUCH THIS, if you delete or modify a file wrongly, your PSP will brick.

Flash1 contains your settings and such. Formatting this will basically return your PSP to stock settings. Don't do this manually however, just reset your PSP from the XMB if you want to.
