how to handle well with fragile items w pos laju?
how to pack and etc? any suggestion?

try to pack a package and ensure that it won't get damaged after you throw it 10 meters away.

I use old newspaper, and bubble wrap

where to find to foams? where got sell it?

too many layer , the total weight will increase, courier fees also will be increase.

and request fragile sticker from them

i feel sometime they just ignore the label

Well, just make sure you bubble wrap to wrap the box and another layer of newspaper should be okay. Make sure there's no empty spaces inside the box though.

1st layer.. bubble wrap with the item

2nd layer.. a thick paper or news paper

3rd later .. put inside foam box

4th layer .. bubble wrap the foam box

5th layer.. put in another box

6th.. wrap with paper

yes.. depend on how big is your parcel and box

why need to ensure there is no empty spaces inside the box? theory=?
then need to insert newspaper to fully occupant the empty spaces?

Alot alot of newspaper that holds can even protect fragile items like glass mug even the parcel is tossed 10 meter away.

My method (eg. wrapping a ceramic mug)

1st layer.. recycle old shipping box

2nd layer.. renyukkan paper, place around the item

3rd later .. wrap the box with about 4++ layers of newspaper

4th layer .. wrap with brown paper

wednesday i were sent a fragile item by pos laju, in the end ,broken.omg, i did not place any "fragile" sticker on it, bcos i got no any, but i got wrote"fragile" word by myself in there.headache now.

are you sure you're packing really nicely, filling the empty space in the package?

yes, i were used bubble wrap and cardboard to pack ,

i think the bubble wrap and solid cardboard were not enought to absorb the pressure, maybe pos laju man placed some heavy items above on it and caused it.
OMG., i think i need to use a solid box instead of solid cardboard.

use lots of newspapers to fill the gaps. a bubble wrap does not give enough protection.

Some times the poslaju guy will be wondering what's inside and shake the box =.= This often happens. So without empty spaces inside, the item won't get bumped when they shake the box just like what aKiSuSu said. Use newspapers to fill in those empty spaces will be the best. Solid boxes are better since they can withstood more force.

it's a basic thing. everyone knows it. Did you see a shopkeeper placed the tong gas on top of the shelf while small items at below?

heavy/big package must placed on the bottom.



that's the only thing to keep your items safe.
