Points to Ponder:Written sometime in May 09 I thinkPoint 1: Realized that this thread seems very frequented from April onwards despite the recession. Anyone has a good explanation? People always say in recession, education and food industries fare better. We need to add 'blu-ray discs' to their conversation as well!
Point 2: Why is it that when one buys Iron Man, he buys Transformers as well? Hmmmm.....
Point 3: Besides blu-rays, I'm selling GPS, PS3 games and other electronic items as well. I can safely say that I've sold over hundreds of items to date but of all my buyers, I've never sold a single item to a girl before. They're all guys. Any sociology majors wanna comment on this. I find this very fascinating.
Point 4: COD vs Post: Always an interesting decision. I prefer post as a seller simply due to the challenge of one-to-many relationship. One seller, many buyers = more time and effort. But as a buyer, I would prefer post as well if the seller is trusted. The benefits are many: 1 day delivery to the address of your choice, no extra fuel charges, no extra parking fees, no anxienty of wondering if the buyer/seller shows up or is on time, no pain of deciding on place and time, etc, etc... For those reading this, post me a reply of what you usually prefer as a buyer and why. This would be a good
point to ponder on.
