puberty very active, use sport bra.
always wear half cup got others la but majority half cup
home and sleep nvr wear bra.

my boobs are fine! It has totally nothing to do with ur lifestyle history.

TS there is nothing wrong with ur boobs. every girl has a diff shape.
hang high/low on torso; close together/wide apart; round shape (i envy)/hanging shape; big nipple/small nipple; light colour/dark colour nipple

if u want it firmer do some chest exercise that emphasize on upper body chest mussel. (go ask in LYN fitness thread lol!)
if u want it close to gether then need plastic surgery to reshape lor

BTW i envy u TS D cup and so slim. am way heavier with smaller boobs.

yea.. Xixili's size is actually smaller than Wacoal n Triumph. Usually i got 32D for Wacoal n Triumph but for Xixili i gotta take 32E.

I think Xixili has pretty extensive sizes available. So, girls if u find having difficulty get a larger sizes, try out Xixili..




Reali? Wat do u use to massage? Eg: body lotion, oil or jz ur hands, deedumdum? How long do u take 2 'recover'? r u s old s me wen u encounter this prob?

how to push

are u saying your flesh is more towards your side bodey instead of the middle? If liddat u gotta use a bra with wires and large straps. Push the flesh inwards before you click the bra starp. pm me if you dun understand

i think TS should wear a bra at home. after a few months that may work.

wearing bra outdoor oredi quite long la...back home still need to wear ma...need to give the breast a break....

i dunno about girls... but for guys... when we work out our chest area, according to my ex gym trainer we can choose which exercise so we can place where our nipple points... maybe u can try asking gym trainers... because diff exercise works diff part of ur chest... working d outer part of ur chest might push ur breast back into the centre... hope this helps

my advice, go to xixili and buy some good padded bra ..no half cup no smaller size. xixili size is based on japanese standard so your 32D may be some 75F in xixili but don;t worry go to Pavillion xixili branch look for the lady agnes tan she will help you to fit in a proper bra and advise you on reshape.

what happen with your current situation is still not too bad considering you are only 20+. the fats that should goes around the chest and your breast has just shifted to your armpits area which is a common problem for not wearing a bra properly or the right bra size.

A good underwire bra will help push the fats from the armpit back into its position which is the breast and the chest and will also help you to increase your cup size by probably 1-2 cups if the fats is properly distributed back to where it should be.

apart from that your cleavage problem will be resolved and you might not even need any push up but if you insist you will definitely attracts all the man eyes.

Xixila bra is a malaysian premium bra manufature , some say better than audrey or triump. don;t buy prierrre cardin, or scarlet from jusco.

p/s it is important to wear a bra when you are going out or at home. gravity pulls and sag your breast and that is not good! you want a cleavage you need to maintain that....you don;t wear bra only when you are sleeping because the underwire will poke into the flesh and deform your breast

Try some push up pad or cloth. No surgery and cheap.

I also agree with u. I m 34D.
Its being in hard way to find most suitable bra for myself .
Thanks god, I already found suit me well. With a wires and large straps. N i wont buy that has pads inside as i x like push chest up.

I used to wear B when my size is supposed to be C or D for some brands. So kinda will face the same prob... I also rarely wear when at home... Maybe you can try to buy the massage cream to avoid sagging and massage before sleep. Wear your right size bra all the time except sleeping time.

lolabunny087, u just wont understand. amazing oni u know it's 32D or else, it just looks like 32B from the front if I wear any low cut top especially im' thin. pretty boney on my chest CZ FLESH (supposed to be on my chest) HAS WENT TO THE ARMPIT AREA.

I brought it at "The Lingerie Shop" near Sogo as i am remember...
I asked them for minimixed bra. n they suggested a few bra to me.

I prefer to choose soft pad (really thin) and wired with thin embroidery. large srtips and also at the under wired. it's really fell comfortable.

Believe me, even my roomate also din believe that i have a D cup.
