Current Firmware(if u know) : 3.1.2
iTunes Version : not the new one (not sure which one)
Computer Platform : Windows

Problem Encountered : Computer begin dumping system memory (the blue screen) when connected to my itouch. Before this, it never happen. Just happen last night. If the ipod is not disconnected with the computer, it will keep getting the blue screen and restart..

Steps Had Taken (list down) : None

Other Info / Remark : Few days ago I start installing many applications inside my itouch. But, there is no problem whenever the itouch is connected to the computer. however, suddenly the blue screen start to appear since last night.

**this is another thing to ask. dunno can ask here or not. i just bought a UM1 IEM. however, the jack is the 90degree type, not like the jack as in the itouch earphone. so, can it be modded/altered so that the jack at the UM1 is like the one in the apple earphone?

how to do this??i had order the ipod and pay by using bank transfer..i take a cash deposit form,fill in and the n go to the counter in RHB bank and tell to insert the payment reference no. and all settled just like that...Is it right by doing this way??please help me!!

i think you should notify them that you already make the payment. maybe by sending an email to them. include also a proof for the payment that you have made. maybe a reference number or a scanned of the receipt.

suggestion from all... my itouch home button suddenly spoiled... any recommend shop to fix it in Kl area and usually how much they would charge ? thanks

Erm, you didn't mention about your warranty.. if it's still under warranty, send it to Apple Malaysia.

Hmm? I can't seem to register for a US iTunes account. Doesn't give the none option at the credit card.

I know that this question has been asked a lot, but after searching, didn't really see the solution.

I would like to know abt the maintenence service of the 2nd Gen Ipod shuffle , my 2nd Gen Ipod shuffle's battery is no longer being effective , i would love to know where can I change the battery as well as do some maintenence services on it , and how much does it cost for doing that O.o ?

Problem Encountered :SYNCHRONIZING ERROR. I can't connect / Synchronize my iPod touch to the itunes library in which there is an error : "Itunes could not connect to this iPod because an UNKNOWN error occurred" (0xE8000065)


Steps Had Taken (list down) : re-install iTunes library, And I've tried the Apple helpdesk for advice - which was a waste of time. and alredi googling another web..
