1. Open iTunes and connect your iPod to your computer.
2. Select the iPod icon in the Source pane of iTunes.
3. Click the Contacts tab.
4. Select the "Sync Address Book contacts" checkbox.

iPod is also compatible with popular applications such as Microsoft Entourage, Microsoft Outlook, and Palm Desktop.4 Simply export your contacts as vCards into your iPod, and you can access names, phone numbers, and addresses on the go.

Which iPod : Ipod Mini
iPod Generation : 2
iTunes Version : Latest
Computer Platform : XP
Problem Encountered : Ehh.. my question is more of a technical question. If this thread allows me to ask, if not i delete my post =P. My question would be a noob question. For a technical person, i totally do not understand the steps to install podzilla for ipod mini. Yes im using the ancient ipod. Cost me 1k last time, sayang la if i throw it away. And im too cheap to buy itouch.. i just want music..

So back to my point, how to install podzilla on ipod mini. The website is so complicated and when i search for podzilla in the net, it gives me outdated links where i cannot download the working file. Help? =) thanks

I just receive my ipod touch this evening. I'm planning to jailbreak my ipod but i'm kinda lost reading the jailbreaking thread. I also planning to apply a protective cover to my ipod as well as to find a good pouch or 'outer' casing for it. So, my question is:
1>can anybody list to me the sequence to jailbreak my ipod touch?where to download and etc..or maybe anybody know the place at JB to get the job done
2>any suggestion on where to get a good protective layer for my ipod.i want to get a screen protector that can make all the fingerprints dissapear after touching it but dunno it exist or not..

Thanks

Firstly, is your iPod Touch the 1st gen one or the 2nd gen one?

Go to the jailbreaking thread started by bryanyeo, and download the jailbreaking GUI program for your iPod generation.

For instance, if your iPod Touch is the 2nd gen one, then you can download either QuickFreedom or Redtool if you're on a Windows machine, and if you have a Mac machine, you can get Untetherizer which is a good GUI program for Mac.

Once you've downloaded them, follow the onscreen instructions, and you would be good to go. If you need any help, just ask at the jailbreaking thread. Cool mate? smile.gif

Added on April 11, 2009, 9:44 pmHi. Its me again hehe

I planned to apply Zagg InvisibleShield to my ipod touch. But I'm not confident enough to do it myself. Anybody here have experience applying it to your ipod touch? Can share some experience or tips? Was it easy or not?

I dunno whether you're the one that I provide with the solution back in few days ago but you may to this method. Make sure when you're dling certain app from cydia, don't let the screen turn off, meaning you hv to touch the screen every let say 15 secs until the download is completed.
