i bought my ndsl from there on 21/2/09

last week i discovred a bright / dead pixel at the bottom left corner of my screen.

I went all the way there from cyberjaya to enqire about the problem.. the staff there is not friendly / helping at all....

my R button also something wrong, sometimes cant work.. i asked can help me check he said need to send to factory..

my 2 cents, their AFTER-SALE service is very poor

Ive been buying from keane for 2 years already nonstop. Although other supplier may give a better price compared to him, you may not get the same after sales service from them.

Friendly and reliable supplier. Two thumbs up.

Heck, he even treat me breakfast/lunch/dinner/supper occassionally.
