hi.. does anyone got this trouble? I got the ds-300 modem. And i'm using wifi to connect into the modem. Recently, I changed my os from xp to win7. Now I'm having problem on connecting into the modem. The reason here is because of wrong wifi password. I tried lots of time but I still cannot connect it... I tried with my friends lappie.. IT WORKS... so what is the problem here?

Premium or not Premium package also same and need to suffer for the Bad Network issue.
Even though you are paying Wiggy Unlimited 10Mbps, also same with normal user.
For example, the area having congested due to overwhelming user, the speed divide to all among user equal to 200kbps. Hence, you will get 200kbps, no matter what package you get.
If me, i take RMY49 package if I want to use it. It seem same to me.
Pay more, Pay less are they alike?
P/S: They are using Bandwidth sharing basis!

I am taking wimax solution because moving office to new place, and the building no internet connection, tot wimax is the alternative, but it makes my life worst~, approaching AMAX now, see how's the connection here and if good, will go for them instead.

I'm same with you, my company is a construction company, we have many side that the TMNet that unable to pull the cable to the Tapak Pembenaan. I would suggest you test all the wireless line at your side, do the survey of the all the available ISP in that side, and pick the good 1. Sometime it's hard to make the decision... that can't promise the line qualities for 2 years for the contract that begain with the Tender.

Okay guys, this is the first time I posted in this topic thread.

I singed up for P1 W1MAX some 5-6 months ago.

My situation now is:-

Before I signed up at one of the P1 W1MAX pitstop in Low Yat Plaza, I asked the salesgirl/reseller about my Taman Sri Sinar Coverage. I was told that the area is in the coverage region.

I was & am having connectivity issue since the first day I subscribe to P1 W1MAX.

It was only just now (as of 23rd November 2009, around 16:30hr) I realized that the coverage area is only at Taman Sri Bintang[I], nearby Taman Sri Sinar.

I'm not blaming/pointing fingers at anyone here now, but please make sure that your (@P1) resellers know/check the coverage area properly before promising anything to the interested subscribers.

I've been paying for 5 months now. My package is Home 1.2 @ RM99/month. And I am paying RM99 per month for usage under 1gb/month on average (I know that it's my fault if I subscribe and seldom use it, but the problem is not from me).

I once called up to P1 (1 300 800 888) and ask about termination issues due to extremely poor connectivity, but all I was told is that I can't terminate the account. But if I do terminate the account, I have to pay RM900++ as a penalty for subscription contract termination.


@ P1 W1MAX Service Provider:

Please ensure your resellers check the coverage area properly before proceeding the subscription procedures for the interested subscriber.

And YES, my billing address is at Taman Sri Sinar.

How are you going to tackle this issue?

I'm just not happy by the mistake the reseller made (for some people, they will say it's a scam or they are conned by a telecommunication company). I'm a paying customer, you know? Unless I got the subscription F.O.C for half a year without any payments, I will not mind about the connectivity issue and I will not complain.

PLEASE! PLEASE, brush up your service quality as the resellers are distributed to many areas by your company.
