yesterday 2 technicians came to my house and do their thing (bring my modem and pusing2 in my house, searching for signal kot)..
they swap the modem....
and rite now i can online, and hopefully no prob will happen..
thx to whoever who call me and the technicians (didnt get their name) yesterday... nod.gif

thanks P1 for the call the other day. Ms Zuraidah i believed? since i'm not feeling well that day, so i just kept my mouth shut and listened to her without any argument.
she was telling me about the throttle thingy which i am very aware of it, i'm not new to p1. sudah 6 bulan using p1 and i definitely can tell the differ.

very disappointed with the connection today...
very unstable and been hundred times of disconnection..
come on la P1..i pay every month..
then provide good service la..
i hardly earn the money..
and you guys easily took it by providing bad service..
please respect your customer..
i hate on using harsh words..
but the thing is... i just FED UP with the connection...
please use your brain and think if you subscribe for bad service..
what do you feel...?
will you just pay for that bad service??
will you just keep silent??
please la..i am tired of being in this situation..
i just want you guys to IMPROVE the service..
use OUR MONEY that you guys get every month to enhance your service.

Hi Lowyat_P1W1MAX,

Here i have exactly the same problem as lot of P1 Wimax subscriber. The problem is super slow internet speed for 24/7. U can see in my signature below this speed only happened on my 1st week subscription. Then now after almost 7 months of subscription it as night mare for me pay almost rm100/month for speed around 200kbps and this happened for 24/7. For your information I subscribed for 1.2Mbps @ Rm99/month. Only god know how my feeling now. Want to terminate this account but i have contract for 2 years. Now to add this reply also i need to use my backup celcom 384kbps broadband. Pls do something... if u need my details pls pm me. I think P1 Wimax already over subscribed. The P1 tower now can't handle for its over subscribed customer.

Hey P1 rep, remember me??
Ya! I'm back! AGAIN!!!

how only can get the P1 people to come my place to fix things and find the best spot for my modem??

dunno why these few days modem always red and orange light, last time the same spot I put can get green and sometimes orange light...

and what is considered a good RSSI, CINR and TX Power??
my RSSI is always around -80dbm
CINR varies all the time
and TX power varies all the time..

and can you explain why sometimes eventhough I get orange or green light, I'm still not connected to the internet??
I have the picture to illustrate but then ur connection a few second got a few seccond no, how to upload??

and I've tried to ping www.google.com from command prompt and I see some pings have no reply(loss)..

Now is 3am+ and the connection is unstable,

wanna reply in this thread also need to load so many times,

I get more and more angry everytime the page shows "IE can't display website" and I hit the F5(refresh) harder and harder everytime(my keybod gonna spoil already la!)

the modem light shows orange but the connection suddenly got suddenly no, just now I very calm but now suddenly all fired up... vmad.gif

and for your information, I've been trying to post this reply since 3.10am, check what time this post was finally succeed posted, how much time I've wasted!!

I always wanna call P1 to complaint but then to call cost me so much! that's why I'm doing it in this thread..
My account number is 101672459 please call me ASAP and solve my problem..

cuz I'm starting to doubt that P1 can solve the problems I'm facing, this is the 5th time I'm complaining.

Anyone know how to tell Government about this issues? i think G need to do something like push P1 to stop from accepting any new customer since it now oversubscribed. Let them upgrade their tower capabilities 1st before they receive new customer, because this issues become worse day to day. This action can save a lot of people from been a victim. Its no way they can solve this problem by sending their technician all over, unless they do upgrade the tower capabilities to support excessive subscriber around the area. P1 was spend ed a lot in their advertisement section to get as many customer they can but the main internet service is so poor.

have the same problem yesterday midnight...1:30am onwards the line is not responding at all, able to open my gmaill page in 15 mins...(u know, login and go to my shower then come back, the page only show rclxub.gif ) Remind me the worst time during my 56kbps generation.... well this time is worst than that moment doh.gif

Finally, the technician has came here this afternoon. after all he just took some screenshot of terrible speed
and signal status to send back their office! now still need to wait their reply yawn.gif

No need to get technician, get real Medical Doctor to visit us first. I believe 1 month from now, Msia will register a spike in High BP cases, the increase will be exponentially, most sufferers "caught" the disease after responding to Potong1 champagn. Health Minsiter please take note. While Pharmaceutical company standby with more BP drug stock!

Maybe Potong1 has collaborated with pharma company on this conspiracy.
