hi P1 Rep,
i was a P1 user before all the potong potong thing start..i had tried the P1 service during begining of June. I pay RM100 cash as an upfront for the trial service. But after 1 day of the trial, i decided to return the modem. So i went to the head office to return the modem and i been informed that the RM100 will be sent to me as cheque within 45 days. So..i waited.. I just wanna ask. why izzit until now (November dy),i still haven't receive back my RM100??i even call to the customer service and they say that they will process it as soon as possible..where is the promise and all that? izzit RM100 is just too small for P1 and ignore it? to me it's my hard earn money and i hope that i will receive it as promised..thank you very much |

There i thought i wont be back into this section of the forum but here i am.
On Sunday 01/11/2009 i got no connection at all. Called P1 they said maintenance. Ok fine. On Monday 02/11/2009 open webpage have to refresh more than 8-10 times. Download stuff after 1min dc. I thought my pc problem so i reformat all. On Tuesday today 03/11/2009, i still have the same problem!!!!! What maintenance did they did anyway? I try call P1 CS been holding on the line for more than 40min!!! and nobody pick up!!!????? My modem light green colour stable... then after 1 min blinking... then stable..... after 5min blinking.... What going on?? Are they maintaining the station for it to become worser than before?? Are they gonna keep waive 1 month payment? 1 day payment? If required: Acc no 100777895 If they gonna call me, ask them to call me after 8pm. No use calling me up while im in the office and my pc and modem at home. today afternoon , i thought my p1 is fixed! with a whooping 1.7 mbps on speedtest , and now at night , i gotta crawl to a cyber cafe to finish my report and complain here again ... blinking red with no connection at all ...
not even 1 month i suscribed , and i gotta crawl to the cyber cafe more than i did a year back... i'm gonna go jln templer's tmr or thursday to cancel this line with all my proof , and if p1 is not gonna cancel it without penalty , i'm so gonna complain this to every single body that i can find... sigh.. i'm paying for the line , but i cannot even use the line ... what am i paying for? i really dont want to complain , but if the line is not usable at all , i really cannot do anything... if lets say the line is given at 400kbps also , is alright you see , at least i can surf and do things online ... but when its blinking red or the download speed is at 0.01 or something...i really cant help but to complain... every single night it seems like i gotta go cyber cafe to do my things instead of at the comfort of my own house...
If p1 want to say its my fault on my end , then please explain the 1.7 mbps at times ? the same location , the same everything , just that when it reaches congested time , it goes unusable ... blinking red... i need a internet service provider that can provide me with internet , not a isp that fails at night where i'll be at home after work . sigh.. |

I recall getting a sms to advise leaving the modem on overnight and the speed has been disastrous after that. Or there is a major upgrading around Sentul/Setapak & Wmaju area? |

anyone know how to reset the p1 modem? i cant get into the setting page using the default username/password after last upgrade. please gimme ideas or solution.tq |

Dear Lowyat_P1W1MAX,
just curious. i checked on my house coverage area. last month, found the coverage is nearer to my house but today when i checked it, the coverage getting further than my house. i getting little bit worry about it. anyway, just to update. yesterday, im able to connect to P1 without problem but surfing time, getting intermittent lag - meaning loading the page for a while, then waiting for a period before it continue to load. can check on it? thanks. |

Still having issues down in JB with connection.. made another report 308934 yesterday (3/11/09). Speed for Downloads and uploads are irratic and lately have been experiencing frequent disconnections which wasn't the case previously. Would appreciate any update or assistance looking into my case as even on "non-peak" hours i.e. Weekdays Daytime. Thanks! P.S. if you require my account info & all please let me know.
