heh experiencing the same EXTREME slow connection here just called their careline ..as usual excuses given --> our base station is "congested"

hmmm, after the station resume back to normal, im unable to connect it at all now.

CS called me and said will sent technician over to fix the problem. im not sure whether they can fix it or not. if not, then i have no choice but to cancel it and apply for other broadband then.

Now my P1 totally out of service.. freaking slow and always stuck there even google page also!
I have no idea now.. so just purchase another prepaid broadband for temporary use! sad.gif

ohh gosh, now it's just the 2nd week I'm using P1 wimax the speed is getting terrible lately starting from last Friday. Loading google also took several seconds to finish. What's happening here P1? It's comparable to Maxsucks atm. Still got 2-3 weeks to go before I terminate this P1enis. Checked at 10.1.1.254 the signal status is the strongest green bar. Cheat or what? Now it's still 2nd Nov!!!!!!!

Yeah the weather is wet lately since last Friday. But WTFkcuiMax is really that weak affected by weather?
If raining all the day for whole 1 month then we surfing at 2kbps for RM99 monthly!?

again speed down even in green light. can anyone tell me what happened?
1 week ago replied me said will not throttle my speed start 1st of Nov cause fair usage policy. but now still slow speed. why??????????????????????????????????????????????

I have switched from TM to P1 with effect from July in hope to get less headache. Service was fair at the beginning (in fact I was pleased with the speed compared to TM) but lately since end of October, the quality of the speed seem to deteriorate!
One average sized YouTube video will take forever to load! Please look into this and honestly I would not want to go through the same headache and complains with Streamyx.

i've complained earlier on and p1 regain back my speed for a day or 2 , then today have been the 5th day that i cannot even surf . Every single webpage i go to , ends up to 'diagnose connection problem' as though i am not even connected to the internet , i cant even load p1 webpage to see whats wrong and i need to go to the cyber cafe to write this . Whats wrong with p1? i'm getting total green signal and this is getting very annoying . I suscribe this service for less than 1 month and this is the problem i am getting after the 1st week of 'fake' surfing speed? If this problem goes on till the 7th day , i will not hesitate to complain to mcmc , consumer rights . This is getting absurd ...

If no action taken will file a complaint to the respective body. May as well take consideration to bring this to The Star, NST and Metro since got know few people there, if the situation is not solved soon. Peoples patience have limits.

Hi

Customer service promised that a technician will phone me and come check my Internet connection, but as usuall, fail to turn up..

So, Went to p1 Green Packet today, cause my Internet has not been working for the past 1 week. The agent says that there is a problem with the Internet at my area in Gasing Indah, and might take up to 1 month till its fixed..

What is so hard to atleast notify customers of this problem/maintainance , or when we call in, have an automated message to inform customers... so, mean while I'm without internet for 1 month !!!

Please help !! Im using the outdoor Unit by the way....

If it can't be fixed by the next few days, I have to go back to streamyx I guess.

Each time I post a reply here, I get a call from P1.. But it makes no difference.. I was told that I will get a Technician to drop by today morning, since they are too busy on Monday.. So, where is he? Anyway, I'm not going to waste your time anymore, and please do not waste mine..

You can close whatever ticket or request you have there.. I had it with your service. Im also going to make sure my organization or my partner organization does not even think of getting P1

I'll be going to P1 this Friday to terminate my account which has not been functioning now for 6 weeks.
