okay 1 thing...
last time i buy from PCzone, that guy give me a wrong capacity of HDD
i order n pay for 250GB HDD
but the receipt rite 160GB HDD with the price of 250GB
the next day, i bring my pc back there, they willing to change the 160GB HDD back to a 250GB HDD while the receipt still writing 160GB HDD...
they are good person thumbup.gif

All logitech retail products carry 1 year warranty. You can go directly to logitech distributor and complain about it. If it's OEM then not sure. Maybe still check with distributor.
