I bought a 2gb RAM and the sales person gives me a 512mb ram. The sales person doesnt wanted to change it. This happen same to some of the buyers and they post their complain in other forum as well. Hope Startec broke down faster...

sorry to hear that but it's u'r fault don't check the RAM before buy. They can accuse u to change the ram

cannot like that la bro. if he has the proof that he got the wrong ram (resit + ram itself with tag) he shud get replacement. i had that experience with atom shop, but they did manage to replace with what suppose i got

I understand ur feelings, make this a lesson to check your things before you leave, or bring along a fren who is better at it wit u to help.

But thn again, d salesperson is bad too, either way, both has their wrongs

I happened to be friend of this fellow.

THey already showed us the CCTV, and the thing is "THE MEMORY RAM IS EXACTLY THE SAME WITH THE ONE IN THE CCTV"


But then they insist, "U SEE THE STICKER!! IF IT IS KINGSTON, IT GOT THE KINGSTON LOGO AND STUFF!!"

and from what i have seen, "THE KINGSTON STICKER WAS MORE WIDDER THEN THE ONE THEY GAVE TO MY FREN ON THE PURCHASING DAY!!"

they definetly know that, and they are scared to show their CCTV again..

SCARED TO ADMIT THAT THEY ARE CHEATER

What's wrong with changing it for my fren, because it already wrong in packaging at the first place..

It is not i want to accuse they are the one changing the RAM.. while they can accuse us of changing the ram..


and some more, THE BOSS DAMN SOHAI,, talking so IMPOLITE!!! even the STAFF WORKING THERE IS MUCH MORE FRIENDLY THAN HIM!!!

BETTER DUN BUY AT THIS SHOP NEXT TIME!!!

THIS SHOP SELL THINGS QUITE CHEAPER, BUT THEY SELL THINGS THAT EITHER FAKE OR USED PRODUCT, AND SELL IT AT RETAIL PRICE!!

CHECK THEIR FORUM IN THEIR WEBSITE, GOT PEOPLE COMPLAINING ABOUT THEY SELLING USED PRODUCT OSO..

So far, I never buy anything from "STARTEC". After see they have 'quite' serious problems.
NOW and even FUTURE, I personally will "NEVER" buy anything from "STARTEC", although if they have cheaper price!

make u check ur item after/before u pay it.

i buy logitech G1 gaming desktop from this shop.. but after week that mouse got problem.. call the shop and sales person said keyboard/mouse only warranty 1 weeks only.. wtf i didnt buy cap ayam mouse.. after that i never go to startec anymore
