just wondering guys,

which would you go for, a tv or a moniter to pair with a console ?

I'm planning to get a console soon, and don't have a tv in my house tongue.gif most tv designs don't suit my taste, and will probably opt for the Dell 30" . is it a wise choice ?

why not u buy a LCD TV 32" rather then Dell 30" LCD monitor ?

this is the most disturbing part, my HDMI wires is too exposed as can see from the pic
if only I got myself a longer HDMI cable (i will very soon)

also, my rear speaker is placed in front bcoz i dun have the rear speaker stand
will find it soon enough
and my center speaker is busted, might need repair

he mentioned current 32 lcd tv's design doent suit his taste...
since his location is in UK....i'm sure Pioneer 32" LCD tv is available there brows.gif pawnage lcd

not really recommend dell 3008 if u're mainly for console...its 16:10, no black bars but image it'll b stretch a little bit, it also require u to spend quite some time to tweak d color to bring up better black levels

fyi, some drawbacks,
no remote control?
highly priced coz its 2560x1600
high % of backlight bleed(% lower for rev. a02)
