In news i heard is 1 on the developer get a stop order, do your think is our dev....? cry.gif

i already asked the dev, of course they will say no affect on their project, no different u ask or dont ask
developer said p2 will get vp soon b4 15 nov, dont know zhun or not

actually i love the place very very much wub.gif , n i almost sign the snp, but since the landslide happened.....
aii, my snp now still in my bag n i dont know want to sign or not, now my main concern is whether the place is safe or not for people to stay??? will the landslide happen again????? nobody knows.........

Mungkin you boleh tunggu sekejap jgn sign SnP lagi...tunggu sehingga pihak JKR atau Ikram atau Jabatan2 yg berkaitan keluarkan kenyataan tentang status keselamatan kat situ samada selamat diduduki atau tidak...sekarang tentu diorang sedang buat kajian dan tentu akan keluarkan kenyataan dlm sedikit masa lagi (mungkin beberapa minggu kot)....bersabar sekejap lebih baik dari menyesal kemudian hari....pandangan saya je la...

hi all,
i received LAD reply frm dev stating only 50% (...i claimed frm 26th feb - 17th July....)
so im tinkin of goin 2 tribunal 2mrw .
but at same time,noticed ter's a gatherin tis coming sunday at amansiara 2 discuss on lad claim & tribunal procedures.
so shud i just proceed to tribunal 2mrw or wait and come 2 canteen tis sunday???

thks.


btw my unit stil for sale.any1 interested pls give a call at 012-2239754.

The site where a landslide took place at KM13 of Jalan Ipoh is not totally safe yet to vehicles as the soil there is weak, said a Public Works Department (PWD) official.

Thus, there is a possibility of another landslide should there be a heavy downpour, he said.
MPS assistant enforcement officer Paramasivam Chelliah said the area was prone to landslides the past few years due to developments taking shape on top of the hill.

Possibility of another landslide?? this is make people worry la. This developer really kena kau kau......

Cannot fully blame on this developer. MPS must also take this responsibility. They are the one to approved the CF. If they knew earlier this would happen, why they still approve development on the top hill...They sure makan kau kau...

TIPS: jika jalan masih ditutup satu lorong pada hari ini, dan ada satu lagi option untuk ke amansiara. caranya:-

- anda boleh masuk melalui selayang heights (taman perumahan seberang jalan dari amansiara)

kemudian keluar untuk menghala ke KL, sebelom tiba ke jalan selorong yang ditutup....anda boleh melakukan U turn ke rawang...then boleh la masuk ke simpang amansiara tu (simpang keluar)
