rabbit does not need to bath. they r a very clean animal, they groom themselves very often. all u need to do is to comb their fur everyday (if u r free to do it daily), try to trim off those matted fur, that is it. my buns did not bath for more than 2 and a half years. they r still very clean and not smelly tongue.gif ........i remember i brought them for bathing and it ended up my brown bunny get a shock, too stressful and did not eat for a few days.........just to remind u that rabbit easily get stress up and it might cause them to death.......... shakehead.gif

Yes, it is a cause of concern if it is an adult and have its ears pointed up all these while. It may mean that he has got some damage blood vessel or some irritation that causes the ears to drop. Sometimes it maybe due to injury. Take it to the vets and give it a thorough check.

Ear mites is what i suspected to but that can easily be treated in a short time. don't worry as long as eating and drinking well. Just get the bunny treated.

Welcome to the world of rabbit worries....we worry all the time...LOL! I am sure eli (hector's owner) can attest to that!
