Both of them are identical, just that one of the model is for hypermarket.

All of them are portable. As for "simple", depend on what you wanted to stitch. If you're new, I would recommend entry level model for you to try, they are close to the conventional sewing machine.

all foot can be used with this machine? overlock? straight foot not included in the package?

All foots listed above can be used with the machine.

Overlock foot = Overcasting foot “G”, which is included in the package.
Straight foot = The normal foot, which is included in the package as well.
