For lomo amateurs, I'm looking to bulk order directly from Japan a keychain digital camera (VistaQuest VQ-1015). Anyone interested please PM or email to me and I'll compile a list. Looking to get it for less than RM200 (actual price to be determined once final list is done).

For colors, there are currently 6 colors available, see picture below:

Pocket-Arts' Minimo was released almost the same time as VQ-1015 (late last year). The difference is mainly in the branding and also the company producing them.

From the info I received from Japan, VistaQuest VQ-1015 is built to specfications to the Japanese market (which is why you can't find VQ-1015 anywhere easily) and it's an upgrade from the VQ-1005.

Added on March 13, 2009, 10:54 amGood news. The VistaQuest VQ-1015 is coming in from Japan next week. I only have 20 units.

- 10 Black
- 5 Blue
- 5 Red

The final pricing per unit is RM275. If you're in Klang Valley - I prefer COD and face to face. If you're out of KL - there will be courier charges (accordign to PosLaju's site - the highest cost should be RM20 to East Malaysia).

You may be wondering why the cost is to much more expensive than the Pocket Arts' Minimo version - that's because this unit is directly imported from Japan (the VQ-1015 is not available easily outside of Japan).

The VQ-1015 is an upgrade of the Genie III and VQ-1005 and the Japanese makers has customised this units to perform lomo outputs as per their specs and requirements. Check out sample photos from some of these Japanese users:
