As expected, I found another chic-lit in my book shelf - Kinsella's Do You Remember Me? It has the usual pretty but awkward protagonist, the hot stud of a boyfriend, the dream clothing and accessories etc.

Pretty good read so far. Kinsella doesn't really ever stray from her formula's but this book may see our heroine actually ditching the 'hot guy' for the 'dark mystery man', which in Kinsellaverse is definitely going to be a first.

currently reading john grisham's the client..i am gonna start read the associates by the same writer anytime soon.

Haha, recently I'm so into self-help books that I have put all my chicklit on hold

I'm reading Fooled by Randomness by Nassim Nicholas Taleb. A very alien topic for me. Reading it very slowly as I hardly understand what the text means.

Sad to say, I'm still going through Lords of the Rings but loving every minute of it!

well, im sure this is a repost as there are a lot of people must have had read this book since ages..anyway, i had managed to finished a couple of books (thanks to my 1 week holiday of course)..
here are the list that i would recommend u all to read (if you got time and compassionate about it that is):

a) where rainbows end (AKA Rossie dunne):
this is a very "different" book where the whole texts are encrypted (or should i say based) on a text messaging, email, letters (majority of them) or even an instant messenger chat. it is interesting when u try to read the first few pages and it will get you going.a very page turner and hard to put it down.however, depends on your preference, you might thing it has a slow mid.but nevertheless, its a fun read.trust me on that.i wont be spoiling the ending however for those cecelia ahern fans out there, you might know the typical ending.

b) Tuesday with morrie:
alrite, this is really an old book been published for over a couple of years.i didnt really read it from one chapter up till the other so to speak, i got an audiobook from itunes-thanks for that. really inspiring kinda story, so give it a shot.Really give it a shot

c) 5 people you met in heaven:
again from the same author as (b), really inspiring.if you're looking for books that can make you feel touchy and sober for a couple of minutes (or days for that matter-not everyone has an egoistic heart), you might wanna grab this out

d) the alchemist:
this is again another audiobook that i managed to grab and listen to, though i doubt my ears for listening it over a couples of hour straight.ill re-listen to it nevertheless, no doubt about it.another inspiring story that might teach you about how valuable your life really is..it kinda fairytail though the journey of a young chap...

e) black (by ted dekker): i dun know wther this book is a mystery genre or a spiritual christian-based genre (caused thats wat the amazon and itunes shop classify them, accordingly).anyway,imagine your self being able to be in two different world at a time, and you cant really tell which one is real. it may sound cliche', but try this one, thats all i have to say.

f)the pillar of the earth:
o God.this book is a pain in the ass.the only reason as to why i bought this book in the first place was the thickness of it really matches the lord of the ring books i bought way back when i was 14 years of age.you really need a motivational (or an external push-up factors-or a bookworm DEVIL for that matter) because the book revolve around building a church.it may sounds religious, but it is not so.now i see why even oprah like this book so much...
it dwells with a conflict within a person and a responsible one could encounter especially when it comes to living in a renaissance era.
~fuhhhh, that really drains my tendon away of my fingers.

g)the curious incindence of the dog in the night time
funny how does it sounds-the title.....
and trust me on this, you dont want to miss this book.its about a kid who has a syndrome and it is wittyful. it can make you cry, laugh your throat out or even makes you stumble on yourself for a moment (well for me atleast). it is by far the fastest book that i managed to finished reading at one go.so try to imagine how A-page-turner this book really is...

i guess thats all that i can share for now..i now its a shopping list of books with crappy descriptions that i had put up up there.
anyhow, im off to read some good book from cecelia ahern...im halfway through her "if you could see me now"...so far so good i would say...

Lipstick Jungle .. had it ages ago but finally started reading cause the tv series is pretty interesting : )

i got watched the lipstick jungle series...is it way much better than the tv series?

Currently reading Cryptonomicon by Neal Stephenson. It's sci-fi/historical fiction. So far quite interesting, 3 separate storylines which I suspect will converge later on. But the language he uses sometimes feels like, he's trying to fill up space.

reading Inkheart trilogy. Mainly pick it up cause the first book was made into a motion picture (movie)

But the book is good

Haha. Just bought Twilight yesterday. Now reading it. Quite nice of a book.
