some more question:

1) where is your server located?
2) is there a backup server?
3) can FBI or goverment organization shut down your server?

1) Its located at Chicago, USA.

2) Currently there is no backup server but we do FTP backup to another remote server. Normally we dont backup any downloaded data incase of hardware failure. We only backup important files and all the settings of customer webui.

3) Government organizations can shutdown the server or rather they can pressure the data centre to do it depending on nature of offence however we can totally wipe out complete data from server by single click.

Save it on your IDM password list. So you don't need to re-enter every time.

If you want to download using IDM, might as well use http download

Hi Int3l, We did update our webUI to latest version yesterday. So, webUI access down for 10-15 minutes. So i guess, you tried when we were updating.
