it is my best gaming speakers. precise, enough bass and crisp and you can basically hear almost everything in the game as intended.

make it (z5500) as your goal, study hard, work for it...and it will be well worth YOUR money. laugh.gif

but regarding your question, yes it is a nice set of speakers. i have not regretted since the day i carry this heavy fker home. I could listen to ambient that wasn't presented in my altec speakers (i could, with my headphones tho...) and footsteps positioning is top notch.
