Hi there, Holga 120 uses 120mm medium format film.
135BC uses the normal 35mm film that you can get at 7-11 smile.gif

hey i just gotten interested in lomo

just wondering how much does it cost for 120 films? and usually how much to process them?

i read that they say the best effects always because of 120 films instead of 35 films

hi there. the 120 film can cost from RM6 for expired negatives to around RM20 for fresh slides.
processing depends on the shop you bring them in. usually cost between rm7 to rm10 to develop.

for the effects, personally i find using 35mm film on a 120 or medium format cameras produces
some nice effects. but all of these depends on your creativity and taste rclxms.gif

cheers!

It is too cheap? lol. Because that's about the price we get from our supplier and we are doing this for fun to promote film usage back. Margin is very low and we try to keep our pricing below RM200 smile.gif

Our Holga 120 is the OEM version. The basic kit that does not include the free roll of film, color book and black tape. Much of the stuff that you do not need anyway to start enjoying the Holga.

120 is a medium format camera that uses 120mm film. It can use the normal 35mm film too with minor modifications.
135BC uses the normal 35mm film that you can get at 7-11 or any photo shops. The BC means "Black Corners" that will be more pronounced in the photo you take in the form of strong vignette, a signature effect of the Holga photos.

Hope that helps explain things a bit tongue.gif

Cheers!
