I remember back at the times of 256/512/1gb rules the usb drive capacity market 2-3 years ago, my fren also got a 4gb sony from China. we were also "Whoa!" that time.
2 months down the road when my fren copied more and more data into it (approx. 2gb++) the drive start to give problem. I still remember clearly that it is 77 days the drive keep it alive, after that it RIP. the drive is slightly more expensive than the (that time) newest 1gb... Conclusion. I doubt the 400gb capacity. |

people here are so pumped up bout da fakeness of 400GB but no one mentioned any technical details on how they'd make the OS detects it as 400GB
this is because the actual Physical memory is only a mere 1GB or abit more than that, however wht makes the OS detetcs it as 400GB is due to virtual memory.Just like ur PC..u have the physical 4GB RAM tht u install but do u know tht in Windows they have the virtual memory ? u can set to whatever size u want... virtual memory replicate the use of RAM where data is temporarily stored before they are being processed.Same goes with Virtual memory. They only hold the data for that moment..but the moment u unplug the power,ur data is no longer there So please dont be fooled by some greedy tactic by stupid company who just care bout money Some things are just too good to be true |

Sony never produce that kinda pend drive.
I have a friend who bought the same thing, the Sony VAIO logo totally looks fake and has china-ish body design. But he complained it is too slow, transferring 10GB files took forever, so what's the point? |

100% fake product from china to lure some tech idiots to buy it. My dad used to bought some 4GB pendrive back then from china, but turned out its maximum capacity is 128MB. And like how others said, it started to give some headaches when copying files. It took forever.
PS: its VAIO too. |
