if it fulfills ur need...and u can afford it.....
then it's worth it...

even if u r buying it juz for show off reasons...
if it makes u happy....

Once you lay off the cash on the table... And receive the lens in exchange... You will feel good for the rest of your life...

UNLESS, the next day Nikon announces a replacement for that lens with specs more than one could ask for and have the most awesome Nikkor optics ever created AND priced the same as the old one. (that's a mouthful tongue.gif yeah I know, a bit exaggerated laugh.gif )

On other off-topic post, have you guys tried Tenji Japanese buffet in Solaris KL? I think it's the best jap buffet in KL so far. Even jogoya will bow down to them.

Yeap, i really enjoyed it. Even the ice cream they provide a selection of Häagen-Dazs ice cream. A variety of food was made to order and was delivered to your table. Overall seafood was fresh, oysters were humongous.

Lunch - RM78++ (11.30am - 4.30pm)

Calvin... just checked out your URL the place looks good but the promotion is only till 19 December 2008??? I don't see where it states that it's been prolonged to 15 Jan 2008.

before someone condemns the bokeh my lenses create, lemme explain. there was a glass partition between the scallops and the red prawns... hence the weird distortion...

Nice capture of the seafood. I wouldn't have noticed the glass partition or bokeh if you hadn't brought it up though. The immediate thing that caught my eye was that the pp method made the seafood look... "dirty" if I may use that word. Maybe try brightening it or tweaking the color balance a little.
