I am guessing the old D300 pricing or slightly above. The D90 after all came as a surprise to many when it wasn't that expensive, so Nikon might continue to surprise us in terms of pricing for their bodies.

Lenses, on the other hands, seems to be on the high side these days for Nikon.

Yeah the 70-200mm RRP price should be more than RM8k if using a direct conversion to the suggested RRP posted online sad.gif

the gears was stolen yesterday evening when he was on his way to the studio, park his car beside masjid besar kuantan to perform friday prayer.. maybe the biggest mistake was he left his bag inside the car.. he came back and saw the car's rear window already opened, crack.. damn.. my 50mm was hell brand new.. 1 month old lagi.. aduuuhhh... cry.gif cry.gif

Sorry to hear about it mate.. but it's a well known fact that you should never leave your belongings, bags, money, valuables in the back seat of the car... even if you go and take a piss. While I am sorry for your friend's loss, I believe that since your lens was with him in his care, it should be his responsibility to compensate you. It's careless... and even insurance companies won't pay if they knew the gears were left in the back seat of the car.

Nice rays... but a little too much negative space at the bottom and top, no? Horizons seem tilted some... while it might be a hill that you're shooting, since everything is silhouetted and the primary subject is the sun and its rays, it wouldn't hurt to rotate the "hill" such that it is level. It doesn't take anything away from the shot.

@jsc_tidus, sorry to hear your loss, the 50 1.8.
look on the bright side. luckily u didnt lose your d300! it would be unbearable.
he should be responsible for your loss.
just like i loaned someone a cpl and he cracked it. he was honorable enough to quickly offer to replace it. brows.gif
