Hello, there is no difference between both the models in terms of specification...
However E156G's are identical to the E160G but are replacing them as the E160G is now end of line.
There is just some physical changes like the placing of the indicator light and etc, otherwise 100% the same.....

E156G
- Download up to 3.6mbps Upload 384kbps (Not capable for 7.2mbps upgrade)
- With Micro SD Card and External Antenna Slot
- No Voice

E169G
- Download up to 7.2mbps Upload 384kbps (HSDPA only)
- Without Micro SD Card and External Antenna Slot
- No Voice

E169 aka K3520
- Download up to 7.2mbps Upload 384kbps (HSDPA only)
- With Micro SD Card Slot and External Antenna Slot **External Antenna Slot is only available for E169**
- With Voice

Hi there, E220 is 7.2Mbps ready, reviews claim a 7.2Mbps ready device can boost up download speed up to 30% extra with a 3.6Mbps plan... E156G comes with Micro SD Slot and small but only 3.6Mbps ready... It is your individual preference to choose anyway... Or you can go for a 7.2Mbps stick which is not that expensive these days... Hi, Only E156G comes with Micro SD Slot, E220 doesn't come with one... What you meant by "size different"? Thank you...
