1.What is the procedure if i want to get nyc apparels and how long the waiting time?
Read the T&C on post 1 before commit to join. Copy paste the item URL into my thread and i will get back to you the quotation and US ground ship amount. It takes 2-3 weeks to reached mys. Any US shipable item are welcome for quotation, we can bring in the goods to you as long as shipable size and legal.

2.Do you send oversea? How do you charge?
Yes. pls provide specific country state, shipment charge base on item volumetric location using international courier service.

3.What is the calculation like?
There is no standard calculation. Quotation base on item weight WxHxL, international shipping, conversion rate,sales tax(if applicable), handling fees, and spreers choice to go for standalone/share shipping for US domestic shipping, which is charge base on web store.

4.Why the tank $12 you quoted is even expensive than the sneaker/bag $8 in RM?
Quotation is base on item volumetric Weight x Height x Length. Tank is light item whereas sneaker,bags are heavy item.

5.Why the tank you quoted spreer-A last month is RM52 but you quoted me now RM55?
Pls be understand that we are following the forex exchange rate for USD conversion. Quotation last 7days from quoted date. We dont change the rate everyday, small increment we dont really care about that and you can enjoy cheaper rate.

6.What is US ground shipping means?Is that each item need to add US ground shipping?
US ground shipping meaning web store charge the shipping fees from ware house to my US address. You can share the amount with other same brand buyers,if there is any; some brand is depending on the quantity of items you order, some is standard rate.

7.Would it be cheaper if free US ground ship achieved?
No. The quotation is given without ground ship charge. Meaning to say if free ship, you save more by not need to pay for US ground ship. Otherwise if no free ship, you can choose to standalone ship to avoid out of stock (oos) or share with other buyers, if there is any.

8.When/ How do i make payment and do you cod?
Once confirm, pls bank in to MAYBANK/RHB account with mobile# and inform the seller. No cash on delivery, self collection is available at puchong/bangsar as termed or your choice for poslaju (signatured) or pos ekspres (non-signatured) at your own risk.

9.What should i do after item received?

pls read post 1 to understand how spree works. e.g each spree brand require to pay US ground ship charge (from webstore send to US address) which subject to your final order amount OR if there is free ship promotion if order more than certain amount. Share ship means you can share the US ground ship with other same brand spreers.
usually take 2-3 weeks to reach if no custom /holiday delays. tq
