Select the difficulty level first?

I already select EASY but nothing happen,it just stay at ingame menu where u select the mission.

i have a problem here,
my profile always gone without any idea what happen...
always need to recreate a new profile and start it all over again no matter multiplayer or solo
anyone face this b4??

nope, i play at home, and using ORI as well

From what I've heard, the saved games are located in:

Vista:
c:\Users\[username] \AppData\Local\Activision\CoDWaW

XP:
C:\Documents and Settings\[username]\Local Settings\Application Data\Activision\CoDWaW

Maybe you could backup your saved game everytime you stop playing so that you can reinsert the saved game if it's gone?

btw, i have an issue with the game as well.
my Xp profile is Admin. but when i go online multiplayer. i'll get kicked in 20sec..
some dunno wat error.
but if i create another user profile put on admin rights, it turn out okay.
but everytime i restart pc. the created profile with admin rights are no longer exist...
so do d saved multiplayer profile.. T_T....

i'm thinking 2 method of soulution..
but no clue how to get it done..

- using back default admin profile... solve the 20 sec kick error

- Solve and remain the created profile with admin rights.

lol, if its my profile name got used, i can't even create the profile with the profile name. this have nothing to do with the key code. Yet, i succesfully created the profile, sometimes i able to coop, and i raised my lv, but when in the lobby or any game rooms, i maintain lv 1. why ?

well, i always got problem with 'Can not connect to Online Service'. i abit seldom to play because of this problem. pls do to add me.

Oh yeah, I think that "Key code in use by another computer" this error might because of punkbuster. I tried create a game and ask my friend to co-op with me with the punkbuster turned off, it works. But when he create a game with punkbuster turned on, when I tried to enter. "key code in use by another computer" this error occurs.



Well, same here. When I get this problem, I just restart my game. Usually I will ignore it when I saw top right corner there writes Online: <your profile name>

exactly same as ur problem....when u hit the mission n select difficulty...its jus...nth happen rite?
it should be go to loading bla bla infact its not!...rite?

my rig A having exactly the same...
even using 8500gt oc edition....
dis rig play cod4 perfectly...

while my another better rig only able to play...

conclusion,get a better gc at least run at 256bit
