Hi,

I did a software update for my nokia e71 through the nokia software update. Halfway through the process,my laptop suddenly reboots itself and my phone went display went blank and stays blank. After laptop reboots, still waiting for the phone to reboot itself but nothing happens. I've tried to restart the phone but it just vibrate and nnothing happen. I'm afraid i've bricked my phone. Any help on how to solved this problem? Thanks.

Yesterday i went to nokia centre at plaza berjaya. Managed to unbricked it. Cost me RM50. Apparently its a common problem with Nokia Software Updater running on Parallels or VMWare. Anyway, thanks all for your help. smile.gif
