The team for WCG 2008 Grand Finals departed to Cologne on Monday night, with yet another mission to win Malaysia's first ever WCG medal. According to our short group stage analysis, this year's mission will be toughest ever but nevertheless, nothing is impossible.

Our country will take part in six out of the 14 official WCG games. Below are the group stage matches schedule together with the tournament maps, in Malaysian Standard Time (+8 GMT).

According to the official schedule, none of Team Malaysia's group stage matches will be played on stage. I guess no live video telecast for us then.

We wish all the best to everybody in Team Malaysia at Cologne. Come guys, let's cheer for our representative, WOOOHOOOO!! MALAYSIA BOLEH!!!

They really make full use of the LED Screens lolx, even fireworks also virtual 1 show on LED screen.

Well nothing much bout the opening, but the song "beyond the game" sang by that guy was impressive.

wow Serry is doing quite well in the group with 2 Win and 2 Lost.

but its gonna b hard for he to qualify bcoz he still need to beat Infi from China and d mighty Grubby.

if he does beat both of them then it will b a tie in point. This could b interesting...

updated: serry lost to both infi and grubby. Too bad but its really a good try!

On NFS, Heaven qualify from the group with 3 Win and 1 lost!

Interestingly Heaven,Russia and Serbia were drew on point. So i guess they had another race to determine who qualify or mayb count lap time im not sure.

lets hope he will do well in the next stage ^^

Oh not forgetting C&C 3, Vic Viper manage to show a good performance with 3 win and 3 lost although he didnt qualify from the group.

nonetheless he and the rest of the malaysian team nvr gave up till d end. ^^

top16 maybe vs taiwan player GPXSYM or GERMANY PLAYER aTTaX_Sliver
