Indoor or Outdoor does not matter as indoor could be as humid as outdoor if the water bowl capsize or inapproperite substrate used ie mulch or bark ...etc
Outdoor could be as dry as you want it to be when you add a roof over and a high wattage basking light used !!

So as long as the right environment is provided most species can do pretty well in a country as humid as ours !!
