The server is up and everything is running as usual and i could see users downloading files from the FTP as well.

I've reset my modem a few times to get different ip but i still have frequent time outs and dropped connections when downloading from ftp. screamyx why are doing this to me?

try get 118.100.x.x or 118.101.x.x
this ip I can get full speed on 5 active downloading
the rest of the ip.. freaking slow..

eh, why my torrent with size of 3Gb or higher,after download for awhile,its status will become error. Then I need to press start to start it. but after download 0.3% for my current 8GB file,its status will chg to error again. And I keep repeat doing it =.=

arrrh. I am so pissed!!! My ftp downloads keep resetting and timing out and cannot connect.
And i can't get a good ip range

Try ask the streamnut to reset ur port..
it might help ur download speed

Everyone is facing slowdowns. This slow upload is because of most of the users from that tracker are local users and since our isp is having bad routings to the Europe region, those users from the tracker would also face slow download speed from the server which explains the slow upload speed.

Again , there is nothing we can do but wait for tmnet to solve their routing issue.

This could also be due to them, deploying their gateway to USA which will commence on the 10th of November as stated here : http://forum.lowyat.net/topic/1218653

9% loss ...downloaded 600MB only -.- for 512kbps ..(4 hours +)

60.50 IP had been very successful on my side. Getting up to 160kbps on FTP download speed thus far. Around Gombak area. You might want to give it a try.
