Dear LYN Members,

Excuse me I'm kinda using Streamyx for a long time & I just shifted to my bro's house for renovation (my house) so the streamyx also shift to his house. So I was wondering I'm getting a new Internet Broadband and I was wondering is Maxis Wired Broadband really good at the location of Bukit Damansara [ How good is it for download? during morning , afternoon , evening & night ]

P.S.: I'm signing up for either Home 1.0 or Office 1.0 [ By the way which is better? Home 1.0 or Office 1.0? ]

Any user care to share their experience on maxis wired broadband?
If we support it, maybe they will upgrade service and compete with streamyx? hehe

Yes, I agree. The connection is 24/7 up (except when they do maintainence, they usually send a message to me) and the speed is consistent. Never got any disconnections when I was using it.

A good recommendation, but just that the speed is a bit disappointing. I had the 768kbps plan, but all I got was 50-60kB/s. They claimed it can shoot up to 90+kB/s but I have never experienced that before.

Overall it's the best broadband you can get if you don't count the speed issue.
