Aiyah.. why need to congrat? Congrat cos we all know how to talk crap?

haha. yeah which is why i posted the same thing in the previous thread, not many noticed. biggrin.gif

what's there to congratulate? is it even an achievement in the first place?

in fact if look at all the previous threads, the CONGRATS post take up around 1 - 2 pages in total.

now back to topic, no more congrats post please. it's not even an achievement. i think next time i must make it a point to delete all the 'woah congrats' or like 'wah so fast already v9' posts.

Noobie here, I've a quick question
in a normal 18-55mm lens,
does it mean tat we can set the lens anywhere between 18mm(wide) and 55mm?
or does it work the same way as zooming in and out?

I don't own a SLR, just out of curiosity...

The 18-55mm are called focal length and they give zooming effects. You can turn the lens anywhere from 18-55mm, eg. 23.54mm

Oh and the focal length is adjustable by rotating the thing on the lense is it?

I thought that rotating thing was for manual focus
