1. wanna ask which one is good in pasir gudang johore? maxis or celcom?

2. if i have a hsdpa/3.5g handphone, can i use it as a modem? must it be connected to the computer using usb cable, or can be done using bluetooth? i dun wanna buy an extra modem just for the internet. too many devices to luggage.

3. if it can be done using bluetooth, will this also work in mac? thinking of switching.

4. when i go online, can i make calls at the same time (of course i und that i must include the calling plan in my broadband package)?

thank you. notworthy.gif notworthy.gif

for the question 1, i believe that celcom will have better coverage but its speed is need to test...
for the question 2, yes, you can connected via bluetooth or usb, but be aware that your hp battery will drain out before it charge itself via usb ! ( on my case with samsung u700)
for the question 3, mac is an unknow, but i am sure in windows is sure
for question 4, if you use phone and modem and you are under 3g/hsdpa, you can call / receive call of course, but speed will drop for sure, if you use data card, it depend on the data card feature biggrin.gif

so far, in skudai area, maxis speed is better than celcom, celcom coverage is better than maxis biggrin.gif

1. Go for celcom. If you Maxis fanboy, then it's up to you tongue.gif

2. You can use you handphone, but it will reduce the lifespan because of the heat and stress putting on it. Better use the standalone modem

3. If you use handphone, yes it definitely works

4. You can't send or receive SMS or calls on broadband packages.
