when things get stupid, I just quit and restart my modem. 90% of the time, problem goes away.

Always lag when tehre are more than 5 chars on screen.

So RvR is lagfest for me. Wack wack wack, suddenly die in a blaze of gazillions of damage.

I use the login pages to check if the latency is good. If the graphics are jumping, I wait a bit until 5 min. If still jumping, I just redial up to streamyx to get a different IP.

Seems like a hardware issue?

I meant that the chars freeze on screen, I can move around and such, but nothing registers. I'm positive thats network lag.

so far...i felt the lagginess in Wargh is much less compare tot WoW, e.g. Wargh every 15-20mins once...WoW..every 15-20secs once...

I think I'll try North American servers. The lag sometimes is unbearable for Darklands. You know, screamyx.....

I'm playing on Lucan as a Shaman, no noticable lag issues. There were maybe 2 times I lag spiked, but that's it.

most of the lag is due to streamyx problem, if u get the correct ip u will run like a wind... but if shitty ip, u will be like sitting duck in open area waiting for enemy or mobs take hav a 'good' care of u...

pve is fine, but pvp is shit in the day.. wtb new connection

I am using 124.13.xx , 124.82.xx, 60.54.xx, 118.100.xx, 118.101.xx. All cannot pakai last weekend.

Latency to Melbourne was around 500-700, no matter what IPs and how many times i changed, but sometime it can go down to 278. It just like yoyo during weekend.

218.111.xxx.xxx also cannot use. ; hit enemy 2 times, freeze, den they go missing.

I think its different depending on where u are located.. some places 218 is ok.. some the 60 ones are ok.. probably got to do with Streamyx routing nearest to your place..

In Tabuan Jaya, Kuching, I use 124.82 or 60.53 preferably for WoW and Warhammer. For 124.13, 60.52, 118.xx, I avoid those because they seem to have problems. My cousin living in Batu Lintang prefers 60.52. My colleages in Green Road prefer 60.53.

TBH, I'm not too bothered about it because in RvR, it's not that bad. The spells are queued up most of the time so by the time the lag goes, you'll find that you probably did a significant amount of damage. Even in scenarios. So I just put up with it atm.

using 60.53 n 60.52 quite better than 124... which server u guys playing? Kch kia...
